Evaluation of Impact Factors of Articles in Scientific Open Access Journals in Turkey

In this study, the phonographic view of acceleration scientific publishing in Türkiye has been revealed with TÜBİTAK/DergiPark data and values measurements impact factors journals have sampled SOBIAD Index data. dataset was used study. Using "full count" research method, were analyzed by providing access to entire mass, which is population, based on purpose-oriented descriptive analysis. calculation articles index, multiple parameters such as total number citations journal, citation comparison (percentage) area-weighted impact, new metric joint similarity criteria content evaluation determined. measurement standards international factor measuring institutions (WOS-SSCI, Google Scholar, Eigenfactor Metrix Elsevier/Scopus Index) also used. According results research, while average value 0.19, seen 6,19 WOS-SSCI. With examination presented an original review through index sample. order increase quality journal/article academic Türkiye, qualified growth required rather than quantitative growth.
